Sold NSW is a free property data platform publishing every recorded property sale in New South Wales, Australia. We source our data directly from the NSW Valuer General — the official government body responsible for recording all property transactions in NSW.

No sign-up. No paywall. Just the data.

Where does the data come from?

All sale prices and settlement dates are sourced from the official NSW Valuer General DAT files, released under the NSW Government open data program. We import and publish this data regularly to keep suburb and postcode pages up to date.

Data includes: sold price, settlement date, property address, suburb, postcode, property type, and land size (where available).
